Service & Payment Terms

Contract & Venmo / PayPal or Cash $100 deposit to confirm Booking 50% upon signing our Contract / 50% prior to Digital Memory stick mailed (USPS) Clients may cancel their Bookings until seven days before the event & will return 50% of Deposit. - Booking cancellations submitted less than 48 hours no refundable. Third Party Studio Fee ranges between $175 - $225 (per 1-2hr.) depending on location *Returning clients receive a 15% discount.

Federal law states that the Photographer owns the original copyrights to all their photos as soon as they take them, especially for commercial purpose

Suppose (the Client) does not specify that you want to buy the copyrights to your images. In that case, a photographer can license them to other companies for marketing purposes and feature them in their portfolio.

A copyrightpurchase always comes at an additional charge to the price of hiring the Photographer for the original photo shoot.

A fixed price of 75% fee.
